Once we have organised initial fee, we will arrive as soon as possible to begin your cleans.

On our initial visit, we may add an additional fee to the first clean. This is due to the windows possibly needing a longer and deeper clean than usual in order to get them up to standard.

Then once the first clean has complete, the price which we have agreed will be in place.

What to expect

We use a modernised window cleaning systems. By using a water-fed extendable pole with deionized water, we mitigate the use of ladders ensuring safety to the customers property and to our staff.

Our cleaning system is highly effective in removing dirt from the glass and the uPVC around the window (Frames, Ledges, Sills) as well as doors too.

Due to using deionized water, windows are able to be left wet as it is water at its purest form. Therefor no streaks and spots are left on the window.

Any residue left from building work such as plaster, paint or concrete will not be removed effectively by deionized water alone.

Accessabiity

It is important that we are working efficiently and effectively to ensure our reliability to our customers. To help us with this, please ensure that gates are unlocked the day we are visiting and please ensure that all animal excrement is removed.

In the case of being unable to access the rear of the property, only the front will be complete.

Working With the Weather

With out cleaning systems, we are able to work in all weather conditions as the deionized water is not affected.

Unless we are at an increased risk of accidents due to heavy wind or other weather warnings which are constantly monitored by us, then work may be postponed.

If that is the case, all customers who where due to be cleaned will be informed and we will reschedule to the next working day.

Payments

We offer multiple different payment methods for our customers. But we request that all payments are made within a 48 hour period from when the clean has taken place.

If payments have not been made within 48 hours, the a text message reminder will be sent out. Reminders will be sent frequently until the payment has been made.

If by the time the next clean is due, and no agreement has been made, payments that still haven’t been made, then the customer can recieve a formal complaint letter.

If issues still haven’t been resolved, then we reserve the right to approach a small claims court.

Complaints

We at Hydro Cleaning Services are always aiming for perfection when we are working. But on the rare occasion, a customer may not, for whatever reason not be 100% satisfied with the job be have completed.

With any issues with the clean, you must inform us within a 24 hour period after the clean has been complete, and we will come back and re-clean the windows for no cost. If an issue is reported after the 24 hours, then a re-clean will not be offered.
